- Understand and apply Incoterms and export/import procedures.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
- Review and verify job sheets prior to releasing them to the billing department.
- Oversee daily operations, verifying all costs and advances.
- Communicate effectively with customers and international partners.
- Address and resolve operational issues across various sections.
- Develop strong relationships with shipping lines.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and profit/loss analyses for each job and section.
- Monitor daily export/import processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Aggressively explore new markets and opportunities.
- Ensure that business volumes and profitability targets are met.
- Follow up on quotations, sales leads, and business inquiries.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with potential clients.

- Be flexible and mobile, meeting clients as necessary.
